Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You may return products ordered on www.al-bara.com within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• be in the same condition as when you received it;
• not have been worn or used;
• include its original tags and packaging;
• be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Refund
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days.
If the return is due to an error on the part of Al Bara (non-compliant product, damaged item, preparation error), shipping costs will be fully refunded.
In all other cases, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, personal care products (soaps, oils, creams, etc.) cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or unsealed.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Liability
All risks related to returning the product (loss, damage, theft, etc.) are borne by the sender until received by our teams. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
